BRIDGE LIVE IP
The latest addition to the BRIDGE LIVE family, BRIDGE LIVE IP with SMPTE ST 2110 I/O offers bi-directional SMPTE ST 2110 conversion to and from popular streaming IP video and audio codecs. With flexible encoding, decoding, and transcoding functionality in just a 1RU, BRIDGE LIVE IP simplifies the integration of compressed media into ST 2110 broadcast, live event production, and streaming infrastructures.
BRIDGE LIVE IP transmits and receives up to four channels of UltraHDp60 or up to eight channels of 1080p60 HD. Built in collaboration with Comprimato, the device unlocks many of the core remote production, synchronous multi-channel video contribution, streaming, and multi-bit rate/multi-format delivery capabilities of other AJA BRIDGE LIVE SDI-based models, but is intended specifically for 10/25GigE ST 2110 workflows.
IP25-R Firmware Update
New v2.0 firmware for IP25-R SMPTE ST 2110 Mini-Converter will be available soon as a free download, expanding IP25-R’s feature set, bringing users the option to leverage a new Tx (transmit) mode for 12G-SDI to ST 2110 or HDMI conversion. Switching between Tx and Rx (receive) modes requires a simple drop-down selection.
IP25-R v2.0 answers growing market demand for a robust, cost-efficient baseband/ST 2110 conversion solution. Additionally, the update unlocks more affordable stream conversions in Rx mode, increasing the supported video and audio channel counts from four to six streams. With a compact profile, three IP25-Rs can easily fit into a 1RU for up to 18 channels of ST 2110 to 12G-SDI/HDMI conversion, or 12 channels of 12G-SDI to ST 2110/HDMI conversion.
openGear OG-GEN10 HD/SD Sync Generator
This flexible, highly accurate SD/HD/AES-11 sync generator is now available in the openGear form factor.
OG-GEN10, an HD/SD/AES-11 sync generator that solves common timing challenges in broadcast, production, post, and proAV environments. The new openGear-compatible card features nine HD/SD reference outputs and one AES-11 reference output, allowing users to lock more equipment to a master clock for reliable audio and video synchronisation in mission-critical settings.
