Bolin R9-L420N
The Bolin R9-L420N is a premium large-sensor PTZ camera built for broadcast and live production environments where image quality is a priority. It features a 1-inch Sony CMOS sensor, 20x optical zoom, and supports UHD 4K60 output simultaneously over 12G-SDI, HDMI 2.0, NDI, and IP streaming. The large sensor delivers improved low-light performance, dynamic range, and colour reproduction compared with typical PTZ cameras, while hybrid autofocus and built-in ND filters help maintain sharp, consistent images in changing lighting conditions.
For production workflows, the camera includes Full NDI and NDI|HX3, 1080p120 high-frame-rate capture, genlock, timecode input, FreeD tracking data output, USB-C recording, balanced XLR audio inputs, PoE++ power, and optional fibre connectivity via an SFP module. The Bolin KBD Plus Advanced Production PTZ Controller is an all-in-one PTZ camera control and monitoring solution. It combines professional camera control with integrated video monitoring, allowing a single operator to manage up to 255 PTZ cameras over IP or serial connections. A built-in 4-inch touchscreen, precision joystick, zoom rocker and dedicated control knobs provide direct access to pan, tilt, zoom, focus, exposure and image settings, while support for protocols including NDI, VISCA over IP, ONVIF, Pelco P/D, Panasonic AW and Canon XC ensures compatibility with a wide range of PTZ cameras and production systems.
A key differentiator of the KBD Plus is its integrated monitoring capability. The controller can decode and display up to four IP video streams simultaneously, offering low-latency multiview monitoring directly on the controller and via HDMI output to an external display. It also provides a USB-C UVC output, allowing the monitored video to appear as a webcam source.
