With no fans or moving parts, the U-TAP won’t detract from the recording or streaming experience, but quietly enhance it with automatic video scaling and aspect ratio conformity based on your application’s requirements, all the way up to 1080p 60.
The U-TAP USB 3.0 powered HDMI capture device from AJA is suitable for use in the field, on set, or at a studio where USB connectivity provides a quick and easy way to obtain HDMI sources for capture, without the need to install additional software drivers.
The U-TAP 3G-SDI USB 3.0 (USB 3.2, Gen 1) offers the same professional connectivity and high quality video capture as the HDMI version to your laptop or workstation for 3G-SDI applications. U-TAP SDI is bus powered with the ability to simply and easily bring in video across 3G-SDI for use within a wide range of software without any drivers to install, as it’s supported directly in macOS®, Windows® and Linux®.
Smaller than a smart phone this compact capture device is bus-powered and supports frame rates up to 1080p60 which makes it useful for HD High Frame Rate (HFR) projects, live events and fast moving subjects. Both the U-TAP HDMI and U-TAP SDI are UVC and UAC compatible on Mac, Windows and Linux, negating the need for additional drivers. This ensures compatibility with a wide range of professional software applications and a seamless integration between the native software.
