Here we focus on Luke Judge, one of DigiBox’s youngest team members.
"My role at Digibox varies day to day but most often I am responding to tickets from our automated support system where our channel partners can raise and manage their own support cases and communicate with us regarding their current issue.
Another very important part of my work is testing new products before shipping to our customers. Most items are individually inspected prior to shipping and, where possible, we check software and firmware are updated to the latest versions to ensure everything is working as well as it possibly can.
I particularly enjoy working on trade shows with the rest of the DigiBox team. From planning and designing our stand, to meeting potential and existing customers to discuss new products and helping out wherever I can. It’s great seeing the new technologies and evolution our industry has to offer."
